Enablement: open review, office hours, FAQ agent
A recurring rhythm for transparency and enablement — and a lower bar for asking.
Figure: 5 Open Reviews im Zwei-Wochen-Takt, danach monatlicher Rhythmus mit Sprechstunde · measured 7 September 2026
Request: „How do I create a new backlog ticket?“
- A 40-minute info session introduces the initiative to the lead roles
- Open reviews first every two weeks, then monthly, alternating with enablement office hours
- An onboarding video “Setting up the brain” is cut from five real recording clips
- Questions are captured as Q&A entries in the brain; the contribution path is explained for non-technical colleagues
- After a fundamental decision on ways of working, an FAQ agent in the company chat tool answers comprehension questions any time — based on the released documents
- Decks and explainer pages are generated from the brain — the format uses what it explains
Technology alone changes no organisation: knowledge about new ways of working stays with a few, questions end up in one-to-one conversations — the usual state after any rollout.
Presenting, answering questions, releasing and maintaining content; leaders remain directly available for ideas and objections.
The two-week rhythm tied up too much capacity — switched to monthly, with status and enablement separated.
Any organisation introducing new ways of working or explaining a major directional decision.
Technology alone changes no organisation. So there are fixed formats: an info session at the start, regular open reviews, office hours, a setup video cut from five real clips and Q&A entries right in the brain. After a fundamental decision on ways of working, an FAQ agent in the company chat tool answers comprehension questions any time — fed only with the released documents; leaders remain available for ideas and objections. All materials are generated from the brain itself — the format uses what it explains. When the two-week rhythm tied up too much capacity, it was switched to monthly, with status separated from enablement.
