Photo in, finished classified ad out
Four pallets sold for €40; €95 total proceeds in the register by mid-September.
Figure: 95 € Erlös bis Mitte September 2026 · measured 17 September 2026
Request: „List the pallets on the classifieds site.“
- Take the photo, write the ad copy, propose a price from comparable listings.
- Fill in the listing semi-automatically — the final click stays with the human.
- Keep the proceeds in a register.
Things sat in the basement because photographing, writing and listing together cost an hour.
The price floor, the click on “publish”, the handover.
The plan was 50 to 100 items a year; what is documented so far is €95 of proceeds; the hurdle is the photographing.
Semi-automation with one final human click is the honest middle ground when the platform offers no interface.
One photo is enough: the AI writes the ad copy, proposes a price from comparable listings and fills in the ad semi-automatically. The last click stays with me; a register tracks the proceeds. Four pallets went for 40 euros; by mid-September the register showed 95 euros. That is honestly little against the plan of 50 to 100 items a year; the bottleneck is that I have to photograph the things.
