World map of every trip, tracks replayable
112 countries and 47 routes on one map that loads in 3.7 seconds on a slow mobile network; 954 of 954 browser probes green.

Request: „Show the Iceland track on the map.“
- Import visited countries from a travel app and normalise them to official country codes.
- Unify twelve years of raw GPS data: 46 units, 47 routes, 25 trips.
- Build an interactive world map on which every track can be replayed.
- Measure and improve load time and accuracy: borders from 1.4 km to 16–64 m, load time from 13.6 to 3.7 seconds on a slow mobile network.
GPS logger files from twelve years in various formats on various drives.
Which trip gets told — the map only supplies the trace.
Twelve years of legacy data only become valuable once a tool normalises them and one view makes them tangible — data migration is the product, not the prep work.
Twelve years of GPS loggers sat in various formats on various drives. The AI unified 46 units into 47 routes from 25 trips and built an interactive world map on which every track can be replayed — 112 countries. Then it measured instead of guessing: borders from 1.4 kilometres of inaccuracy to 16–64 metres, load time from 13.6 to 3.7 seconds on a slow mobile network, 954 of 954 browser probes green. Once it recovered a 34.1-kilometre whale-watching tour from a single track — all I had been looking for was a photo.
