Annual fixed-cost review with live market check
Two parallel subscriptions with the same provider discovered, hidden in the bank statements for years.

Request: „What am I paying for, all in all?“
- Lay every recurring payment from the ledger against the contract register.
- Rate four options per contract: keep, negotiate, switch, cancel — with a live price check.
- Put notice periods into the calendar; deliver the result as a checkpoint report.
Subscriptions kept running because nobody laid a year of bank statements side by side.
Every cancellation and every switch — the report recommends, it does not decide.
A contract register checked against actual payments finds duplicates that no procurement team sees in the contract text.
Once a year the AI lays every recurring payment from the ledger next to the contract register. For each contract it rates four options — keep, negotiate, switch, cancel — and fetches live prices to do so. The result is a checkpoint report, not an automation: I decide, the calendar holds the notice periods. The last run surfaced two parallel subscriptions with the same provider. What that saves per year I have not yet quantified — what is documented is the find.
