Birthday greetings on time, weekends included
Punctual, personal greetings even on weekends and holidays; plus a morning overview of what each meeting needs.

Request: „Whose birthday is it? Prepare the greetings — and the cards for tomorrow.“
- The calendar is checked locally and read-only for birthdays: today, missed ones from recent days, days off until the next working day
- Salutation and tone per relationship — leadership, management circle, team, colleagues, external — are taken from last year
- A personal sentence is drawn from shared work topics of the last twelve months
- Draft with signature and delivery on the birthday at 9 a.m. — not before
- The same calendar run creates a context card per meeting of the day: type, recording traffic light, open preparation question — cards with names stay outside the brain
In any leadership role, appreciation fails at the calendar: greetings go out late, mostly on Mondays for the weekend — in my case around four in ten.
Checking the text and sending it myself.
Any leader with a large network. A small use case with a large effect on relationships.
Appreciation is leadership work — and often fails at the calendar. Analysing my own sent mail showed: around four in ten greetings arrived late, mostly on Mondays for the weekend. Now the AI prepares weekend birthdays on Fridays too, with a personal sentence drawn from shared topics, and delivers on the day at 9 a.m. The same calendar run creates a context card for every meeting of the day — what it is about, whether recording is allowed, what needs clarifying beforehand; cards with names deliberately stay outside the brain. Only what a human has checked gets sent. A small use case with a large effect on relationships.
