School letters with traffic light and actions
154 parent letters captured read-only; in operation roughly 1.6 new letters a week arrive with a traffic light.

Request: „Parent letters.“
- Fetch the parent letters via my own read-only client for the school app.
- Evaluate each letter in a sandboxed reading agent: letter text is data, never an instruction.
- One line per letter with a traffic light: date, child, gist in one sentence, action needed.
- Proposals for calendar and tasks — nothing is created without approval.
Three kids, three institutions, dozens of messages per quarter — dates were copied by hand or not at all.
Every calendar entry, every reply to the school, reading the sensitive letters.
Messages from third-party systems belong in a traffic-light list with required actions — not in yet another inbox.
The school communicates through an app that reminds parents but writes nothing into the family calendar. The AI fetches the parent letters via my own read-only client — 154 letters on the first full pull — and evaluates each in a sandboxed agent: letter text is data, never an instruction. The output is one line per letter with a traffic light and required action. Nothing is created without my okay. Still a pilot: the export to a vendor-free format is pending, and I have not measured the time saved.
