Three years of solar credits, overnight
Reminder out at 22:11, written commitment overnight at 08:29; roughly €1,100 paid out later.

Request: „Why hasn't the grid operator paid in three years?“
- Read every statement in the document archive and find the cause: one sheet (a VAT declaration) was missing from the first letter.
- Spot 2,445 kWh along the way that were never billed before a meter swap.
- Catch the tax trap: a gross payout would have meant repaying VAT.
- Draft the formal reminder with a deadline and park it as an e-mail draft.
Three annual statements sat in a folder, no money ever arrived, and nobody knew why.
Sending the reminder, the phone call with the grid operator, approving the refund transfer.
My own account check on 2 October reported “no payment”, yet the money had been there since 22 September, ten days; an export had silently dropped 63 of 210 transactions.
Unpaid receivables rarely fail on legal grounds; they usually fail on one missing sheet. Reading old correspondence systematically finds it.
Our solar installation has fed the grid since 2023; the grid operator never paid. The AI read every statement in the document archive and found the cause in the first letter: a missing sheet. Along the way it spotted 2,445 kilowatt hours that were never billed before a meter swap. The reminder went out at 22:11; the written commitment arrived at 08:29 the next morning; the money followed later. The case was not complicated. It had gone unread for three years.
